Thanks for purchasing a VectorMount product. We appreciate the fact that you like to play with the cool camera mounts we make. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions from VectorMount.com.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you bought your product directly from VectorMount.com and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund by following the procedure detailed below. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted for refund under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

VectorMount will replace your product or part at no charge if your item has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the VectorMount Warranty below. VectorMount is not responsible for return shipping costs associated with returns.

Before returning any item you must contact our Customer Support Center by clicking here or emailing us at help@vectormount.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Our Customer Support Center hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. Please note that items received free of charge through promotions or sales are not eligible for return. No credit or refund will be issued on these items.

In your request please include your order number, specify the item being returned and the reason for the return. Within approximately 24 hours we will email you the RMA number along with a short form to fill out which you need to include in the box with your return.

Return Instructions

If you're experiencing an operational issue or having trouble tuning your VectorMount, please click here to ask us about the problem; we are often able to solve problems quickly by email. To process your return:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from VectorMount Customer Support by clicking here or emailing us by clicking here.
  2. Securely package the products and the completed RMA form.
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the address below. Items must be received by VectorMount within 14 days of issuing the RMA.

VectorMount Limited Warranty:

VectorMount products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. VectorMount's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective item with a comparable item at VectorMount's sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss may be caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. VectorMount assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall VectorMount be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts or accessories.

This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the products, and does not apply in the case of loss of or damage to the product due to abuse, mishandling, improper installation by you, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in VectorMount's user manual, use of parts or supplies that cause damage to the product, or services performed by someone other than VectorMount or a VectorMount authorized service provider for the product.

Returns or replacements of products and/or accessories may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
